Why LEVproof Exists

COSHH Regulation 9 requires every employer with LEV systems to have them thoroughly examined and tested at least every 14 months, with records retained for a minimum of 5 years. HSE actively enforces these requirements — they ran 4,000 targeted dust inspections in 2024/25 alone.
